Communaute Alimentaire de Lachine

ABOUT

La P’tite Maison provides space where local families can build mutual support networks. Though the focus is on families, everyone is welcome. La P’tite Maison’s goal is to provide social work to help alleviate insecurity in their area.

La P’tite Maison de Saint Pierre focuses on providing a space where members can learn about food transformation and food security. They organize workshops that teach families  how to make inexpensive food, providing families with the space and ingredients to make lunch boxes for their children at a reduced cost. La P’tit Maison also has a small garden, and resell local food at an affordable price to the community in a local market.
